(BLACK PR WIRE) CHARLOTTE, N.C., March 24, 2009 /PRNewswire/ -- Beginning today visitors to Vibe.com (www.vibe.com) will get RushmoreDrive.com (www.rushmoredrive.com) search results instead of Google. RushmoreDrive.com is the first-of-its-kind search engine for the Black community. Reaching more than nine million people around the world, Vibe is the definitive voice of urban culture, music, and lifestyle, in print and online.
Under the terms of the agreement, RushmoreDrive will make available their proprietary identity search platform to deliver site and Web search results at Vibe.com. Vibe’s new results will include not only text based results, but also images, videos and other custom results modules tailored to the Vibe audience. In April, the video search will be further enhanced by surfacing Vibe’s rich library of original and third party videos.
