(BLACK PR WIRE) -- WHO: Toyota alongside network founders Martin Luther King III, Ambassador Andrew Young, Andrew “Bo” Young III, and Rob Hardy and Will Packer, co-founders of Rainforest Films are set to launch Bounce TV, the first free digital television network for and about African Americans.

WHAT: On September 26, 2011 at 12 noon EST, Bounce TV will launch nationwide in top US African American markets. Toyota, Charter Sponsor of Bounce TV will host a national Tweet-A-Long featuring fast facts about the network and its programming via the #NationalToyotaBounceDay hashtag.

Viewers can join the Tweet-A-Long by following @BounceTV on Twitter (www.twitter.com/bounce_tv) from 12 noon – 10 pm EST on launch day as feature films such as The Wiz, A Raisin in the Sun and Do The Right Thing are highlighted and discussed.

WHY: Bounce TV is the first free African American broadcast network, featuring a programming mix of theatrical motion pictures, top sporting events, documentaries, specials, inspirational faith-based programs, off-network series, original programming and more.
