Music Will Be Provided By D.A. Smith & Soul Therapy

(Black PR Wire) -- Get ready to put on your blue jeans and join the Jessie Trice Community Health Foundation for an exciting Blue Jean Affair. The event takes place on Saturday, April 25, 2015 at 7 p.m. at the Betty T. Ferguson Recreation Complex, located at 3000 NW 199th Street in Miami Gardens, Florida.

“The Jessie Trice Community Health Foundation has been planning this event for months,” said the Honorable David Williams Jr., Councilmember for the City of Miami Gardens and Board Chair for the Jessie Trice Community Health Foundation. “We have planned an evening filled with networking and fun and we know our guests will have a great time.”

Highlights of the Blue Jean Affair celebration include community vendors, entertainment and much more. Music will be provided by D.A. Smith & Soul Therapy.

The event is presented by the Jessie Trice Community Health Foundation. Additional sponsorship opportunities are available thru April 7th. Tickets to the event are $75 per person and $125 for couples.

The Jessie Trice Community Health Foundation is the fund raising arm of Jessie Trice Community Health Center, Inc. The Foundation is a registered charity so contributions are tax-deductible to the maximum extent allowed by law. Individuals, families, corporations and private foundations may become donors. JTCHF is a not-for-profit 501 c 3, organized in 1985 to support Jessie Trice Community Health Centers’ initiatives to reach the underserved and uninsured population.

The Jessie Trice Community Health Center, Inc. is a Florida 501 (c) 3, not-for-profit, Federally Qualified Health Center, which has been serving Miami-Dade County since 1967. A community mainstay, JTCHC owns and/or operates thirty-one (31) facilities, which includes nine (9) Comprehensive Primary Care centers, twenty-one (21) school-based/university centers, and a woman’s substance abuse residential program.
