“True Law” was written and produced by Dennis L. Reed II, who also authored the popular book series. In the coming months, Reed’s “I Declare War” will be exclusively released through Redbox.

“I am very excited that a large audience will now have the chance to see True Law as it becomes available at Redbox locations across the United States,” said Reed. “With its thousands of locations, Redbox is an ideal platform for True Law to launch and we are proud to partner with such a high profile partner on this release.”

“True Law” was directed by Al Profit and stars Lemastor Spratling, Ulyssa Hancock, David Wells, Chazmar Hall and Coke Hornor. The film, being released by Matabo Entertainment, a label of The Bosko Group, will enjoy a 60-day exclusive run with Redbox before its video on demand launch in October. “True Law” is the newest urban release from Matabo Entertainment to launch via Redbox.
