(BPRW) National Association of Health Services Executives South Florida Chapter to Host "The Future of Healthcare" Panel

-- Event to take place February 22, 2016 --

Save the date! The National Association of Health Services Executives (NAHSE) South Florida Chapter will host “The Future of Healthcare” panel on Monday, February 22, 2016. This enlightening event will take place at the Sheraton hotel located at 1825 Griffin Road, Dania Beach, FL 33004. Networking starts at 5:30 p.m. and the program will follow beginning promptly at 6:30 p.m. The cost to attend the event is $50 for members and $65 for non-members.

“We are so excited to host this panel and engage health services executives from all over the U.S.,” says Christie Grays, NAHSE South Florida Chapter President. “This is a big deal for the South Florida chapter as we are expecting well over 100 attendees at this event.”

Kevin Lofton, CEO of Catholic Health Initiatives, will serve as Keynote Speaker for the event. Ralph Lawson, CFO of Baptist Health South Florida and Dan Westphal, MD, CMO of Broward Health will serve as panelists. In addition, the panel will be moderated by Kim Griffin, Advisory Partner of Deloitte & Touche LLP.

The National Association of Health Services Executives (NAHSE) is a non-profit association of Black health care executives founded in 1968 for the purpose of promoting the advancement and development of Black health care leaders, and elevating the quality of health care services rendered to minority and underserved communities.

NAHSE’s purpose is to ensure greater participation of minority groups in the health field. Its basic objective is to develop and maintain a strong viable national body to more effectively have input in the national health care delivery system. It has provided a vehicle for Blacks to effectively participate in the design, direction and delivery of quality health care to all people.
