(Black PR Wire) In an ongoing effort to provide quality health services to women of the South Florida community, the Jessie Trice Community Health Center will open its Hialeah Women’s Center on Thursday, March 31, 2016. The grand opening event takes place at the new facility inside of the Hialeah Medical Plaza and is free and open to the public.

During the grand opening, attendees will have an opportunity to meet the health center’s providers and learn all about the services offered. In addition, light refreshments will be served.

The Jessie Trice Community Health Center, Inc. is a Florida 501(c)3, not-for-profit, Federally Qualified Health Center, which has been serving Miami-Dade County since 1967. A community mainstay, JTCHC owns and/or operates fifty-five (55) facilities, which includes nine (9) Comprehensive Primary Care centers, including a women’s substance use residential program, forty (40) school-based locations and two (2) university centers. JTCHC’s multicultural, multilingual, and multidisciplinary staff serves a diverse population of over 39,575 patients who make more than 126,000 visits annually.
