(Black PR Wire) MIAMI – The race is on and college students all over the state are submitting their entries in hopes of claiming the top prizes for the DRIVE IT HOME Trash-Off Greek & Club RECYCLING Challenge.

This year’s challenge, presented by the FDOT Drive It Home campaign and The Coca-Cola Company, is part of the Great American Clean-Up initiative.

“The week of April 4th is the last week to submit an entry and vote in the 2016 Challenge,” says Bernadette Morris, CEO of Sonshine Communications and a member of the DRIVE IT HOME team. “We hope everyone visits the campaign’s Facebook page and be sure to “like” their favorite college entry.

Using the DRIVE IT HOME ... KEEP OUR PARADISE LITTER-FREE® campaign theme, participants have submitted images of activities they have engaged to showcase how they promote the important message to dispose litter in the proper place to their audience.

The top three submissions that receive the most authentic Facebook “likes” will be selected as the winners. Prizes include: $1,500* gift card for the first place winner, $1,000* gift card for the second place winner and $500* gift card for the third place winner. Deadline for submissions and voting for all approved entries is Sunday, April 10, 2016 by 11:59 p.m.

To enter, participants complete the online entry form, available at www.CleanFLroads.com. Entries will be placed on the campaign’s Facebook page https://www.facebook.com/CleanFLroads, where the “like” selection process takes place.
