(BLACK PR WIRE) Women Grow Strong, Inc., also known as WINGS (an acronym for Women in Need Growing Strong), will host a series of special workshops for women entitled “Fit for a Queen.” The free sessions will provide useful tools and information on topics ranging from fitness and finance to fashion, food and more.

“This series helps transform women’s self-esteem, appeal, direction and purpose in life,” says Bernadette Morris, owner and founder. “It also provides tools for healthy living and a wholesome lifestyle by offering a positive outlook on life.”

The workshops, sponsored by The Children’s Trust and Sonshine Communications, will roll out a royal court of fashion, fitness, food and fanfare that are indeed fit for a queen.

The Fit for a Queen Workshops will take place on Saturdays from 10:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m. and will be conducted at the following locations:

• Saturday, April 26 at the South Miami-Dade Library, 10750 S.W. 211 Avenue,
• Saturday, June 7 at the North Miami Library, 835 N.E. 132 Street, and
• Saturday, July 12 at the Belafonte Tacolcy Center, 6161 N.W. 9th Avenue.

Seating is limited and on a first come, first served basis. Pre-registration is required for all attendees.
“Women, mothers, and young adults (ages 13 and up) are encouraged to sign up to learn and grow and become empowered and inspired,” shares Morris.
