(BPRW) On the Road to Peace

(BLACK PR WIRE) -- Many people in this world crave inner peace. Peace is defined as tranquility, calmness. It is surrendering and yielding ourselves to the Lord to be in His control.

The best way to develop peace in our lives is by allowing tranquility to control our composure. Once we make real peace with God, we will be able to make and maintain peace with others. We simply need to trust Him and believe that He can see us through any and every situation.

Many of us are weak in developing peace because we have not learned to maintain peace in three important relationships: with God, with our fellow man, and with ourselves.

Peace with God: To obtain peace with God, give Him thanks for the many blessings that you have in your life. One blessing is the gift of life itself. Many people have passed on and are no longer with us today. Be grateful and give God praise on a daily basis! Read His word and spend time getting to know him. Take time to talk to Him daily. Genuinely talk with Him and ask for his deliverance.

Peace with our Fellow Man: To obtain peace with your fellow man, you must forgive others. Pray for those that have wronged you and ask God to have mercy on them. Let go and let God rule in your life – now and forever!

Peace with Yourself: To obtain inner peace, you have to understand and get to know the real you. Take time to reflect on the happiest moment of your life. Remember and reflect on the good times. In other words, don’t dwell on the negative aspects of your life, but focus on the positive ones. Forgive yourself for all of your sins and transgressions, as God has already done so. Once you do all of this, you’re on the road to peace!
