(BPRW) The White House Initiative’s Southeast Regional AAPI Conference set for May 27th

In honor of Asian American and Pacific Islander Heritage Month, the MBDA Programs operated by M. Gill & Associates in partnership with the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission-Region 4, representing Florida, Georgia, Alabama, Mississippi, North Carolina & Tennessee and the U.S. Minority Business Development Agency are hosting The White House Initiative’s Southeast Regional AAPI Conference. The virtual event is scheduled for Friday, May 27th, from 9:30 a.m. to 2 p.m.

The theme for the S.E. Regional AAPI Conference is “AAPI-Diversity and Equity in the U.S. Economy,” and the goal is to present all the federal and regional economic resources and opportunities available for Asian Americans and Pacific Islanders.

“Many Asian Americans are entrepreneurs who operate successful businesses throughout the U.S. The May 27th initiative will foster collaboration among federal agencies and programs, as well as showcase all the MBDA’s and EEOC’s resources that are available to further engage the AAPI community in successful business and community development ventures,” said Marie Gill, Founder and President of M.
